As part of the Illinois Math Badging Initiative, a group of students across Illinois have been exploring instances of math learning beyond the traditional classroom as part of a paid micro-internship experience. Join us as two student interns present their insights from these experiential learning activities and share reflections on how their work relates to math badging. We will also provide an overview of the general micro-internship model and how it might be applied to other academic areas.
