I-WIN was proud to coordinate a hands-on experience at Triton College, where educators from across Illinois gathered to observe team-based challenges in action, hosted by the Des Plaines Valley Region team.

Students showcased their skills in welding/HVAC, CNA, criminal justice, and education, demonstrating the power of collaborative, career-connected learning. The energy, preparation, and engagement from students and partners were truly inspiring.

These experiences reflect I-WIN’s mission to scale high-quality, equitable work-based learning across Illinois. We’re grateful to all who participated and contributed ideas we’ll carry forward in our collective work to expand opportunity for all learners.
