Increasing Opportunities for Underrepresented Students: Lessons Learned in Advising

How can we recruit underrepresented students into pathways leading to high-quality careers? What support do these students need to feel welcome and be successful in the classroom and as they transition to a postsecondary program and/or the workplace?

EdSystems, in partnership with the Illinois Education and Career Success Network, hosted a free webinar on October 31, 2023, to hear from three communities using innovative approaches for advising students, especially those from underrepresented groups, as they pursue career pathways.
