Illinois Postsecondary Profiles

Illinois Postsecondary Profiles (IPP) is an online resource for data describing 2- and 4-year postsecondary institutions in Illinois. IPP users engage with the site through different profiles that frame the data by institution, professional interest/program of study, and student demography. Categories of data available on IPP include enrollment, affordability, progress, advancement, and completion.

Our Role

EdSystems led the stakeholder engagement process supporting the initial metric definition and development of IPP, and we convened the cross-sector IPP Advisory Committee to help guide the work. We partnered with the Illinois Board of Higher Education, Illinois Community College Board, Illinois Student Assistance Commission, and NIU’s Illinois Interactive Report Cards team in developing an accessible, powerful, and useful resource for the state.
