Dania Ibrahim

Innovation Manager Dania Ibrahim supports work-based learning and competency-based education initiatives. She largely focuses on improving accessibility to career development experiences and the role of mentorship in bridging the opportunity gap. Dania conducted learning methods and education equity research for four years before joining EdSystems and continues to lead education-focused research projects as a PhD student at University of California San Diego. Dania received her B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology where she studied Neuroscience with a focus on Health and Medical Sciences and Middle Eastern Studies.
