Apply Now for a Paid Faculty Training Opportunity to Help Build Better Dual Credit Pathways for Illinois Students

Join a statewide training to enhance your understanding and application of the State of Illinois Model Programs of Study Guides. This initiative will help faculty strengthen alignment between dual credit courses and college and career pathways, ultimately benefiting students, institutions, and communities.

Key program components include:

  • Needs Assessment: Identify your familiarity with the Model Programs of Study Guides and share challenges you face in utilizing them.
  • Interactive Workshops: Participate in two virtual sessions in February and March 2026, focused on leveraging labor market data and student demographics, aligning dual credit courses, and building partnerships between school districts and
    community colleges

This opportunity is available to educators whose work intersects with dual credit pathways, including community college faculty, CTE teachers, dual credit teachers, CCPE or pathway coordinators, and administrators.

Your participation will help shape stronger college and career connections for students statewide. This is a paid professional development opportunity supported by the Illinois Community College Board and facilitated by EdSystems.

Spots are limited. Complete the application by January 9.
