Araceli Duran

As Operations Manager, Araceli Duran serves as a central anchor for business and operations for the EdSystems team. She oversees the organization’s day-to-day operational, fiscal, and business management processes to ensure adherence to policies and support the mission and programming of EdSystems.

Araceli brings more than 9 years of experience working in the nonprofit, corporate, and foundation sectors to this role. She has previously worked at organizations such as The Posse Foundation, IES Abroad, and Alford Group, where she worked to streamline operational processes, facilitated communication across various diverse stakeholders, and conducted data analysis and reporting. Araceli’s dedication and commitment to supporting access to education is evident in both her professional career and personal life. She currently serves as an ESL tutor for adults and has previously mentored first-generation young adults in high school and college access programs.

Araceli holds a bachelor’s degree in French and Francophone Studies from Bates College.
