Liberia Career Pathways

Liberia Career Pathways is both a Liberian- and US-based education and workforce initiative that empowers Liberian students to make informed career choices, addresses gaps in Liberia’s education and workforce systems, and inspires to learners to be globally competitive in disciplines critical to Liberia’s economic growth. Liberia Career Pathways manages career clubs in Liberian schools supporting students to identify and pursue career options, and works with national partners to implement and scale high quality career pathways programming.

EdSystems worked with Liberian partners to launch the Liberian nongovernmental organization and the U.S. based nonprofit organization. We advised Liberia Career Pathways on programming and growth strategies, helping our Liberian partners to adapt best practices from the U.S. to the Liberian context.
