Kate Eischens

As Project Manager, Kate Eischens serves as EdSystems’ organizational nexus, identifying cross-project synergies and helping the team meet organizational goals through rigorous project management and expert facilitation. Since joining the team as a data coordinator in early 2025, Kate has helped manage cross-agency timelines, engage partners, and lead key deliverables, most notably supporting the Regional Acceleration of Model Pathways initiative and development of the regional data collaborative framework.

Before joining EdSystems, Kate worked at Chicago Public Schools in the Chief Education Office, where she supported academic strategy and districtwide data reporting. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Policy from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy.
