Kate Eischens

Data Project Coordinator Kate Eischens supports EdSystems’ collaborative data initiatives, including the Illinois Longitudinal Data System and the Rockford Research Collaborative. Since joining the team in a consulting role in early 2025, Kate has helped manage cross-agency timelines, engage partners, and lead key deliverables, most notably authoring the ILDS Guidebook to support long-term system clarity, governance, and coordination.

Before joining EdSystems, Kate worked at Chicago Public Schools in the Chief Education Office, where she supported academic strategy and districtwide data reporting. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Policy from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy.
